Our website can generally be used without entering personal data. Where personal data is entered on our websites (e.g. name, address or e-mail address), this is always on a voluntary basis where possible and exclusively for the purpose specified. Server-Log files
We host our website at Internetgalerie AG, Thun, Switzerland. The provider (or its web space provider) collects data about every access to the web content (so-called server log files). The access data includes: name of the website requested, file, date and time of the request, volume of data transferred, message about successful request, browser type with version, operating system of the user, referrer URL (the page previously visited) and the requesting provider. The provider only uses the log file for statistical evaluations for the purpose of the operation, security, and optimization of the web content. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log files subsequently where concrete indications give rise to the justified suspicion of unlawful use. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR with information security as a legitimate interest.

On our website we offer you the opportunity to contact us, either by email and/or by using a contact form. In such event, information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of facilitating communications with the user. No data is transferred to third parties. Nor is any of this information matched to any information that may be collected by other components of our Website.
Newsletter
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on this website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information. It will not be passed on to third parties.

Publication of vacancy announcements / job applications
We electronically collect and process your application data for the purpose of completing the application process.
