Fully automated buffers
Fully automated buffers can be integrated into the logistics system if required. These optimally designed buffers ensure seamless operations. Containers or crates are stored in highly compact stacks.
Container and crate stacks can be added to the buffer and retrieved again via toothed belt conveyors without the need for load carriers. The transfer cart moves the containers to the buffer lanes.
Efficient drive system
The buffer lanes are powered by an overhead drive mounted on the transfer cart, enabling highly efficient and economical operations. As an added benefit, this also reduces the need for maintenance. The redundant design with two transfer carts on one track ensures maximum system availability.
Fully automated stacking
Our in-house innovations for fully automated stacking and destacking integrate seamlessly with the system to ensure efficient sorting of crates.
