Camion Transport AG is a family business founded in 1925 in Wil, St. Gallen. Its core business is general cargo distribution in the dual rail-road transport system. The company has 15 locations throughout Switzerland, including in Cadenazzo TI. In 2023, they moved into their new Cargo Logistics Centre there, for which we were able to contribute intralogistics products.
Initial situation: consolidation and optimisation
The aim of the new Cargo Logistics Centre in Cadenazzo was to consolidate the existing facilities at Cadenazzo railway station and various other locations under one roof and optimise the logistics processes. Modern, efficient intralogistics were therefore required for the new building in Ticino.

Solution: 2 pallet lifts with profile control.
We installed two pallet lifts in shaft design for the transport of Euro and industrial pallets across two floors. The lifts have a load capacity of up to 1000 kg. The solution is equipped with profile control to check the maximum load dimensions. Thanks to the visualised system control, operation and troubleshooting are particularly simple and efficient. Special shaft sliding doors ensure safety and fire protection.
Benefit: Efficiency and reliability
The pallet lifts enable goods to be moved quickly and efficiently between floors with minimal personnel effort.
