New organisational structure for the future

René Holzer has resigned as CEO of Gilgen Logistics AG and will leave the company at the end of August 2020.

The Board of Directors and the Gilgen team wish René Holzer all the best for the future. For the 28 years with great commitment and loyal service to the company, he will remain in amicable contact with the company.

Jakob Gilgen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gilgen Logistics AG, will take over as CEO on March 1, 2020.

Daniel Gilgen - in the third generation of the owning family - took over the systems business on January 1, 2020. The first steps for succession planning have been implemented.
